56 Copers Cope Road. London

Located in Beckenham, South East London, this property dating back to the 1900’s was due to be converted into 4 individual properties, with a hint to the past of the area. The word ‘Coper’ is the term used for a ‘horse dealer’ and as the area was once a huge farming estate I took my cues from this environment.

The logo mark combines the 5, 6 and a horseshoe to create a striking, unique identity. The line style was used to represent the ploughing patterns in the fields, (as seen on the brochure cover). We suggested that all materials used in signage and comms should have a more rustic feel.

The colour palette of racing green and a rusty bronze colour combine well to reflect the concept.
